Some services we repair the cracks, others we don’t. Repaired cracks will not show unless there is movement or substrate failure. Examples are:- Land or tree movement, heavy trucks, droughts, floods, weak or thin concrete, internal moisture, rusting mesh inside etc. Most services may help reduce cracks and have been used in many jobs to extend the life of concrete.
Our services have no control over the substrate, therefore there is no guarantee that cracks will not reappear. As detailed in our generic terms.

View our generic guarantee terms. All preparation and application has a 7 year guarantee by the independent operator doing the actual works. Product suppliers also offer a guarantee for their products, ensuring two avenues in the unlikely event a guarantee claim is required. Many past jobs are still in great condition since the early 1990s.
Your Local Licensee / estimator is usually the independent operator who undertakes the works. Although at times an estimator writes up a quote, then a separate contractor does the work. Details on quote/agreement.
